About Terry Kozlowski
Speaker, Consultant and Author is the founder of the
Achievementor Group LLC companies including
Rich and Rowdy LLC.
An internationally recognized expert, she has been acknowledged in the Readers Digest, nationally on NBC-TV and in her hometown Chicago Tribune, to name just a few of the media that have relied on her insights.
She is on the Advisory Board for the Center for Positive Aging at National Louis University and is President of the Board of Directors of the Griffin Theatre Company, a nationally recognized company.
In 2005, she wrote Retirement Planning for Rich and Rowdy
™ Living, which was enthusiastically acclaimed as a resource for baby boomers looking to their future. Her latest book Rich and Rowdy
™ Living -- How to Use Movies and Script the Next Stage of Your Life, has been selected by a major New York Publisher and will be available in bookstores nationwide in 2007.
Through her writing, speaking and consulting, she has helped thousands across the globe to learn to make more money, be more successful in their careers and spend more time with their families doing those things they love the most!

™ Club, she brings a pragmatic approach to support clients achieve their personal and professional dreams!
Business Experience
A practical leader, she knows first hand the stress of working and juggling from her decades of experience as a line manager, business owner and consultant. Terry has worked extensively with leaders in both Fortune 500 and emerging companies to get better results.
Prior to founding Achievementor Group LLC, she was a Partner and Global Leader of the Organizational Change Expert Group for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), an internationally recognized technology consulting firm and has years of successful experience coaching executives and managers to address their professional and personal challenges.
Certifications
She is Certified Facilitator of the Too Young to Retire Workshops and a Certified Retirement Coach qualified to administer the RSP, (Retirement Success Profile) assessment and the soon to be released Life Options assessment offered by Retirement Options.
A strong believer in continuing education, she is also a Certified Executive Coach through the Executive Coaching Institute, and Certified by The Leadership Circle to co-lead workshops and administer The Leadership Circle leader assessment and culture profiles utilizing their Advanced Leadership Development Technology.
She is a Certified Work Less, Make More® Coach - supporting individuals who want to work less, make more money and make more of their lives, and a Certified RESULTS Coach - helping business leaders increase profitability and productivity (and make it home in time for dinner!) without driving their people crazy.
She is also registered with the International Coach Federation, Coachville, the Graduate School of Coaching, School of Small Business Coaching, is a CoachU
Graduate and a Founding Member of the Elite Coach Team
of The Coaching Staff. She’s responsible for
facilitating the continuing skill development, practices
and high standards of her team of coaches. She is
personally certified in multiple assessment instruments
including the Winslow, Myers-Briggs, The Platinum Rule,
DISC and other self-development tools.
Other Interests
An active baby boomer, she listened
to her heart and retired from working for someone else
in 2001 to follow her own dreams. She now lives a rich
and rowdy life from her base of operations in Chicago
where she runs her multiple businesses. She is also an
active volunteer with the West Loop Gate Community
Organization and on the Neighborhood Outreach Commission
of Old St. Pat’s in her revitalizing Chicago
neighborhood and a speech judge for the Illinois
Academic Decathlon. She is a board member and active in
many professional and charitable organizations. A
dynamic public speaker in the professional realm, she
also acts, sings, directs and produces theatrical and
musical events in the community in her very limited
spare time.
